With our network partner, Belinda Barker from BSB Media, we launched the International Media Image Survey in 2013 and then again in 2014, looking into the reputations of international media brands. Both international media agencies and media owners were surveyed in a dynamically changing media marketplace. We found that reputations tend to be built and sustained by exceptional customer service and great creative innovation: 2 qualities dear to TVN’s heart.
Such was it’s impact in the international media marketplace that I-MIS was bought by C Squared in May 2014, an international media and marketing industry and events business.
